We all have the option to donate any or
all organs or body parts when we die. If you are NOT carrying a donor card at
the time of death, it is assumed you DO NOT wish to donate any
organs.
If you wish to donate organs, this section easily
let's you create and print donor cards to carry with you. Select "I would like
to donate the following organs" and check the boxes for the organs you wish to
donate. If you aren't particular, check "Any useful part of my body".
You can then print out 4 donor cards to a sheet.
Print them on carded stock for durability.
